Tracking Where a tracked service is used, you'll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Delays Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by postal delays, busy periods, or customs processing for international orders. We are not responsible for delays outside our control.

Lost Parcels If your parcel hasn't arrived within 5 days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier.
