Customs & Import Duties (International Orders) International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes upon arrival in your country. Tracking Where a tracked service is used, you'll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
Delays Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by postal delays, busy periods, or customs processing. We are not responsible for delays outside our control.
Lost Parcels If your parcel hasn't arrived within 10 days of the estimated delivery date (international) or 5 days (UK), please contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier.
